The creator of the Codename: The Shockwave site. It has no resources, but it makes up for it in creativity. The site has lots of Reviews, so before you go get that game you want, you may want to see if it has been reviewed by him.

Another very prized affiliate, with tons of content, including resources, games, interviews, and articles, and the staff is very helpful and great.
This is a site, worth checking out, definately.
